Two things for you today from raining Minnesota 1) New printer for the Triphasic Training II book We have a new printer for the Triphasic Training II book now. Same book, same layout, and no difference at all, but this will serve as a back up and we can control all aspects of the process now instead of bowing down to Amazon if anything were to happen. You should not notice anything different, but if you live outside of North America, it may be cheaper on Amazon as the new printer ships from the US and many times Amazon can print in your country or closer. The kindle version is still only on Amazon and there is not a digital PDF available; hence kindle is the only digital version. Any questions, hit reply here, happy to help ya! 2) Conjugate vs Triphasic Question: "I've always wanted the opportunity to ask you about triphasic training and block training versus the conjugate method for high school kids who are not elite athletes. Coach Cal says Many people combine the conjugate method with the triphasic system as a bridge, integrating the principles of both to enhance effectiveness.
